As I drift into sleep

His voice calls to me from the pit of my despair He’s been waiting for me, watching me slowly
killing all the light Freezing me inside I am dead I cant find my way, caught in his darkness
His tendrils wrapped tightly around my soul It’s all my fault that I have lost myself and
No one cares as I fall silently into the darkness Blinded by tears I hear him call my name
and I know the pain is coming again
This horrid truth inside of me replays day after day afraid to close my eyes again
and see the images burned into my brain
